Question 1

What areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Glenmore Park and service Penrith, Jamisontown, South Penrith, Regentville, Mulgoa, Kingswood, Emu Plains, Leonay, Cranebrook, St Marys, St Clair, Erskine Park and the surrounding suburbs, plus the Lower Blue Mountains. See our service areas page for the full list.

Question 2

How do you work out a price?

Accepted Answer

We quote on the property, not on a flat hourly rate. To give you an accurate figure we ask for reference images of each room, along with your bedroom and bathroom count and any add-ons you want included.

Question 3

How do I confirm a booking?

Accepted Answer

Once you accept the quote we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking and lock in the date and time.

Question 4

What happens if nobody is home when you arrive?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are priced and planned to a strict time schedule, so your service time starts at the scheduled start time. If our team cannot access the property they will contact you and wait 15 minutes. If we do not hear from you in that window the clean is automatically cancelled and the cancellation fee applies. Full detail is on our Terms & Conditions page.

Question 5

Do you clean commercial premises as well as homes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our commercial cleaning service covers offices, factories and strata, with tailored packages and after-hours scheduling.

Question 6

Can you clean a property at the end of a lease?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our end of lease clean is a detailed vacate clean of an empty property, scoped against what agents check at the final inspection.
